I purchased a plan from Expert Works on February 17, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ewald N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 03, 2025 05:27I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The air purifier from Expert Works not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
