I purchased a plan from Expert Works on February 17, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ewald N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The air purifier from Expert Works not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
