I have been a loyal customer of Expert Works for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-8069-AWX-5854) on November 11, 2006, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
