Frustrated with Expert Works's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of Expert Works for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-3213-QAP-1925) on July 6, 1988, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
