I have been a loyal customer of Advanced-Homes for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-5413-KNF-7996) on April 4, 1983, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
