I am writing regarding order #ORD-7912-AOF-1372 placed with Renovations Bros on August 6, 1993. I paid $399.56 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dawson S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
