Unsatisfactory resolution from Wave Broadband LLC

I have been a loyal customer of Wave Broadband LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-4448-XPR-8017) on July 28, 2021, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 04, 2025 05:13I've received an email from Sarah Lewis at Wave Broadband LLC offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The coffee maker was clearly defective from the start.
