I want to report a serious concern with Projects Bros Inc.'s product that I purchased on February 28, 1993 from your Port Hassan, Michigan store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mateo L., but my issue remains unresolved.
