I purchased a software from Projects Bros Inc. on February 11, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Johnson B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The prepared meal from Projects Bros Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
