Warranty claim denied by Mobile.Cast

I have been a loyal customer of Mobile.Cast for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-3783-IVA-8226) on February 10, 1973, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 10, 2025 05:13Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $382.18 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
