I am writing regarding order #ORD-4732-YXD-3108 placed with Premier Design & Sons on September 29, 1980. I paid $395.46 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cornelius R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Premier Design & Sons still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their personal shopping service.
