I have been a loyal customer of Modern-Renovations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-1296-YAQ-6011) on February 4, 2010, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Susan Lee from the Support Operations at Modern-Renovations, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
