I want to report a serious concern with Cell Communications Hyderabad's gadget that I purchased on December 29, 1996 from your West Colin, Connecticut store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Peyton N., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $126.41 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
