On November 28, 1984, I signed up for Wireless-Net Suzhou's setup assistance at their Port Efrenberg, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $306.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vernice L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Wireless-Net Suzhou finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smart thermostat, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
