I am writing regarding order #ORD-8751-TJK-1236 placed with Advanced Architecture & Sons on August 10, 1978. I paid $662.68 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Blaze K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Advanced Architecture & Sons. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the blender I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
