I purchased a unit from Advanced Architecture & Sons on April 24, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jaime L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
