Phone Wireless refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9525-HCK-2680 placed with Phone Wireless on June 6, 1974. I paid $298.25 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cecil R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
