I want to report a serious concern with Pro Works Specialists Enterprises's item that I purchased on February 4, 1970 from your South Madisyn, Kentucky store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kenyatta W., but my issue remains unresolved.
