I am writing regarding order #ORD-4555-HDQ-7528 placed with Build Builders on March 27, 2003. I paid $111.90 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jerrold R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Build Builders has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the installation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-1F30C0CE multiple times.
