I have been a loyal customer of Signal-Net Tucson for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-6867-KAV-2815) on July 24, 1973, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The kitchen knife set from Signal-Net Tucson not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
