Unresolved issue with Spectrum Networks product

On May 13, 2004, I signed up for Spectrum Networks's training session at their East Christopher, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $282.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Willow C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
