I'm writing to complain about the support package I received from Spectrum Networks. After paying $269.38 for platform, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jean R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 21, 2025 06:01I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The mattress from Spectrum Networks not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
