On October 12, 1978, I signed up for Innovative Structures Professionals's premium plan at their Jerdeton, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $492.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alivia W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smart thermostat from Innovative Structures Professionals not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
