Quality issues with Cloud Connect Corp. product

I want to report a serious concern with Cloud Connect Corp.'s application that I purchased on December 26, 2004 from your Lake Claud, Tennessee store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Orlando I., but my issue remains unresolved.
