I have been a loyal customer of Cloud Connect Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-1834-FOO-9168) on December 12, 2003, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
