CommConnect refused to address issue

On March 28, 1991, I signed up for CommConnect's return process at their North Mae, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $742.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lempi L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
