On March 28, 1991, I signed up for CommConnect's return process at their North Mae, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $742.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lempi L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Charles Thompson from the Executive Customer Care at CommConnect, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
