Unsatisfactory resolution from Innovative Contractors & Sons Seongnam

I want to report a serious concern with Innovative Contractors & Sons Seongnam's subscription that I purchased on January 10, 1999 from your Littleville, California store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Edison F., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 25, 2025 06:06I've received an email from Alex Lewis at Innovative Contractors & Sons Seongnam offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The dress shirt was clearly defective from the start.
