I have been a loyal customer of Modern-Builders for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-7581-BLW-7831) on January 22, 1971, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Modern-Builders still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their maintenance contract.
