I am writing regarding order #ORD-1098-EGV-9504 placed with Modern-Builders on December 1, 2024. I paid $927.79 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sophia P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 02, 2025 06:02I've received an email from Joseph Martinez at Modern-Builders offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The coffee maker was clearly defective from the start.
