I am writing regarding order #ORD-1098-EGV-9504 placed with Modern-Builders on December 1, 2024. I paid $927.79 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sophia P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Joseph Martinez at Modern-Builders offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The coffee maker was clearly defective from the start.
