I want to report a serious concern with Advanced Homes & Sons's membership that I purchased on January 13, 1974 from your Murazikborough, Maine store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Raven K., but my issue remains unresolved.
