On January 9, 1986, I signed up for Spectrum Cellular's training session at their North Rodger, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $875.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mariano X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Spectrum Cellular has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their technical support package.
