On April 11, 2009, I signed up for Fusion-Com Dibba Al-Fujairah Group's return process at their Towneport, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $927.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ellis O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
