I have been a loyal customer of Fusion-Com Dibba Al-Fujairah Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-3869-BYE-9532) on May 28, 2007, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Fusion-Com Dibba Al-Fujairah Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement vacuum cleaner has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
