I want to report a serious concern with Quality Renovations & Sons Enterprises's item that I purchased on October 12, 2011 from your Krisfurt, Iowa store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lucienne Q., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 21, 2025 05:54I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The cookware set from Quality Renovations & Sons Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
