Unresolved issue with Quality Properties & Sons Group product

I purchased a equipment from Quality Properties & Sons Group on October 16, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rosina B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 11, 2025 05:35I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from Quality Properties & Sons Group not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
