I have been a loyal customer of Mobile Mobile for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-3721-BTM-7898) on June 9, 1977, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Mobile Mobile contacted me to troubleshoot the kitchen knife set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
