On June 29, 2019, I signed up for Architecture Construction's installation service at their Moorehaven, Texas location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $764.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cindy F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
