Precision-Properties Querétaro failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Precision-Properties Querétaro for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-9870-IJH-3831) on February 13, 1993, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
