On November 25, 2011, I signed up for Elite Development's troubleshooting service at their East Teresaview, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $552.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Serenity O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Elite Development finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the laptop, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
