I want to report a serious concern with Architecture Bros Nantes Holdings's accessory that I purchased on June 18, 2003 from your South Lane, New York store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rusty Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
