I purchased a equipment from Reliable Homes & Sons Daegu on June 19, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Albin S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
