On March 5, 2000, I signed up for Modern-Structures Holdings's consultation at their West Taraburgh, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $743.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vivienne F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
