Complaint Details

I want to report a serious concern with Builders Bros Corp.'s system that I purchased on April 20, 2002 from your Jonesport, Arkansas store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Adella P., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The subscription box from Builders Bros Corp. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
