Delayed delivery from Builders Bros Corp.

I want to report a serious concern with Builders Bros Corp.'s system that I purchased on April 20, 2002 from your Jonesport, Arkansas store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Adella P., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 30, 2025 05:35I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The subscription box from Builders Bros Corp. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
