Data Networks refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6620-MWT-7777 placed with Data Networks on May 12, 2021. I paid $387.12 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Precious Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
