I am writing regarding order #ORD-5969-XKZ-5124 placed with Tele-Data Inc. on February 16, 1994. I paid $528.32 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Monique P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
