I have been a loyal customer of Construction Builders Düsseldorf Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-6669-EPP-4933) on June 22, 1972, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
