I am writing regarding order #ORD-6803-KOR-2831 placed with Elite-Homes Seattle on February 17, 2021. I paid $415.57 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Guillermo H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Elite-Homes Seattle has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the training session, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-E81218F9 multiple times.
