I purchased a tool from Fusion Networks on July 3, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Percy L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
