I purchased a tool from Fusion Networks on July 3, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Percy L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with Fusion Networks has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customer support plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-695553C0 multiple times.
