I am writing regarding order #ORD-6360-AXI-3802 placed with Fusion Networks on July 27, 1987. I paid $175.60 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jeffrey F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
