I purchased a solution from Build Bros Inc. on May 14, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lamar Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Build Bros Inc., and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my jeans. This is extremely frustrating.
