I have been a loyal customer of Ultimate-Craft Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-5336-CIR-9695) on February 15, 1999, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
